1.1 What Are Relationship Skills?
Relationship skills is the ability to establish and maintain healthy and rewarding relationships with diverse individuals and groups. The ability to communicate clearly with others , resist inappropriate social pressures, negotiate conflict constructively and seek and offer help when needed.
Relationship skills are imperative for people to have in both a personal and professional setting. It is impossible to go about daily life without interacting with people.
Before you move on: Take a moment to think about your most valuable relationships and who are they with?
Go even further to also include a list of people from work and family. This might seem small but it will all be clear by the end of this course.
