3.3 Reflections: How to move forward?
Reflections
- Identify three of your strengths and three limitations.
- List the first four thoughts that come to mind in the morning. Assess if they are negative or positive. If negative, how do you change to positive thoughts or eliminate the negative thoughts altogether.
- How would you rate your personal/professional performance? How have your self efficacy abilities supported your result?
